The people

Ana and Marco

Ana ran the pastry section of a hotel kitchen for a decade. Marco fixed the ovens there. One of those facts explains the croissants, the other explains why nothing ever breaks down on a Saturday.

We hire one apprentice a year from the local college. Ask about the program at the counter.
